Local delivery

We offer free local delivery for orders over $20 to addresses within approximately 4 km of our store at 19 Pascoe Street, Pascoe Vale. Contact us if you are near the boundary or unsure whether your address is covered.

Delivery operates Thursday to Sunday, between 5 pm and 7 pm. Order before 4 pm for delivery that day. All times are Melbourne local time. For orders placed after the cut-off or outside these days, contact the store to arrange the next available delivery.

Orders of $20 or less and addresses outside our local delivery area do not qualify for this free-delivery offer. Contact us to discuss availability before ordering. We will confirm any alternative arrangement with you.

Store pickup

Pickup is available from 19 Pascoe Street, Pascoe Vale VIC 3044. Orders are normally ready in approximately 10 minutes during trading hours, subject to stock and order volume. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready and bring your order number and acceptable proof of age.

Delays and unsuccessful delivery

Please provide an accurate address and a phone number we can reach. If delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, contact us to arrange the next step. We will not leave a same-day alcohol order unattended.

Alcohol orders and identification

You must be 18 or older to buy or collect alcohol. For gifts, both the purchaser and recipient must be 18 or older. Have acceptable proof of age ready. For a first delivery, the person who placed the order must receive it and show ID. Gift recipients must also meet the applicable age and ID requirements. Same-day alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended. We cannot supply alcohol to anyone under 18, intoxicated, or where there is a substantial risk they are intoxicated.
